Under the auspices of the Dean of the Institute of Laser, Prof. Dr. Kadhim A. Adem, the Biological and Medical Applications Branch held a scientific session to discuss PhD students’ research seminars. This was part of its annual plan to follow up on the progress of research and enhance the quality of scientific outputs.
During the session, students presented summaries of their research, explained the main objectives, topics, and methodologies used, in addition to presenting the expected key findings and the research challenges they are working to address.
The members of the Scientific Committee also provided valuable remarks and guidance that contribute to elevating the scientific level of the research, emphasizing the importance of adhering to rigorous research standards and supporting innovation in the applied, medical, and laser engineering fields.
This step comes within the Institute’s ongoing commitment to following up with its students and encouraging them to complete their research at the highest scientific standards, thereby strengthening the Institute’s position as one of the leading centers for graduate studies and scientific research in laser technologies.
