It is a unit concerned with graduates of the Laser Institute and aims to qualify them for the labor market through the workshops held by the Institute for the purpose of providing them with the necessary skills that enable them to obtain the appropriate job, for their specialization, where they are qualified on  how to write a CV in a distinctive and international style and how to write an introductory letter that includes skills and certificate in a concise manner , as well as preparing themselves for interview questions and building bridges of cooperation between the university, companies and private institutions for the purpose of qualifying each graduate in a manner commensurate with his specialization and his certificate, and they can be sent to specialized centers for teaching English and computer skills.
The importance of rehabilitation and employment centers:
  1. The tasks and objectives of the employment centers are focused on benefiting from the accumulated experiences of the workers in the employment centers of Iraqi universities and identifying the achievements and works in the field of employment and the services provided to provide jobs to a wide segment of graduates to enable them to obtain an opportunity for employment.
  2. Communicating with the graduates, gathering young energies, encouraging them to work outside the governmental domain, and urging them to positively deal with jobs that are consistent with their qualifications and desires.
  3. The importance of employment centers in universities, as they play a key role in providing an appropriate opportunity for the employment of graduates in the private sector by establishing a relationship between the university, private companies and employers, and the extent of the readiness of these authorities to develop and train students and graduates.
Studying the most important obstacles and problems facing the labor market and the mechanisms to be followed to consider meeting the needs of government and civil sectors for the competencies eligible for work.
