The Citizen’s Affairs Unit is responsible for receiving citizens, employees and students of the institute, receiving requests and complaints and referring them to the competent authorities in the institute, the university and the ministry, according to the subject of the complaint.
Also, informing the citizen about the appropriate legal formats for resolving the issue and the administrative contexts, and following up on complaints sent to the institute regarding the university presidency. Contributing to the work of the electronic Citizen Government by entering citizens’ requests into the electronic Citizen Government program belonging to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
