The Institute of Laser for postgraduate Studies is hosting a distinguished event titled “Success Starts from Within – A Story of Success in Self-Building and Achievement” as part of the Entrepreneurship Week activities. The event was held under the auspices of the Dean of the Institute, Professor Dr. Kadhim A. Adem, and was organized by the Scientific Affairs Unit.
The event featured an inspiring success story presented by Mr. Hamza Mohammed Qasim, Sales Manager of Iraq in Qirat Almas Company. He shared his personal and professional experience in self-building, emphasizing that true success begins with self-belief and creating opportunities, not waiting for them.
The lecturer highlighted his professional journey in the private sector, starting as a sales representative and rising to the position of Sales Manager in Iraq. He attributed his success to commitment, ambition, and continuous learning.
The event was attended by the Assistant Dean, Dr. Saif A. Mohammed, and a number of faculty members, staff, and students. The event concluded with the Dean presenting a certificate of appreciation to the lecturer, emphasizing the Institute’s commitment to supporting initiatives that contribute to empowering young people and building human capacity.
