Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Kadhim A. Adem, Dean of the Institute of Laser for Postgraduate Studies at University of Baghdad, the Continuing Education Unit at the Institute organized a workshop entitled “Learning to Write Scientific Research”, presented by Asst. Lecturer Reem Salem Sultan, a faculty member at the Institute.
The workshop aimed to develop the skills of researchers and postgraduate students in preparing and writing scientific research according to academic standards, and to introduce the steps of research preparation, starting from choosing the title and formulation, to collecting and analyzing data, and finally writing the results and documenting sources.
The workshop was attended by a number of faculty members, employees, and students of the Institute, who interacted with the scientific presentations and discussions that took place during the session. At the end of the workshop, the Dean of the Institute presented a certificate of appreciation to the lecturer, in recognition of her efforts in presenting valuable scientific material that contributes to supporting the research and academic process at the Institute and enhancing the capabilities of researchers in preparing high-quality research that serves various scientific disciplines.
