The Institute of Laser for Postgraduate Studies at University of Baghdad held its regular meeting with the Directors of Follow-up and Civil Defense units. The meeting aimed to review the progress of work and address the main challenges facing these units.
The Dean of the Institute, Professor Dr. Kadhim A. Adem, emphasized the importance of taking all necessary precautions and safety measures by the Civil Defense to ensure the safety of the building, students, faculty members, and staff. He stressed the need to instill a culture of public safety in the work environment.
The Assistant Dean, Dr. Saif Aqeel, highlighted the importance of adhering to prevention standards and organizing administrative work to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
The attendees discussed several organizational and administrative issues, working hours, and task distribution to enhance institutional performance and improve the Institute’s work environment.
The attendees, in the meeting expressed their appreciation for the Dean’s efforts to address their needs and support them, and emphasized the importance of continuing these regular meetings to foster a positive work environment and overcome challenges.
