Under the auspices of the Dean of the Institute of Laser, Prof. Dr. Kadhim A. Adam, the Continuing Education Unit at the institute held a specialized scientific workshop titled “Femto Laser Vision Correction.” This was part of its activities aimed at enhancing scientific knowledge and keeping pace with the latest technologies in the field of medical laser applications.
The workshop was delivered by Lecturer Dr. Ahmed M. Hassan, a faculty member at the Institute. He presented the latest advancements in vision correction using femto laser technology, explaining the working mechanisms of this technique and its role in improving surgical precision and reducing complications. He also highlighted the key clinical applications and recent developments in this field.
The workshop was attended by a number of the institute’s faculty members and staff, who showed notable engagement by asking questions and making academic contributions, which enriched the discussion and facilitated the exchange of expertise.
