Under the auspices of the Dean of the Institute of Laser for Postgraduate Studies, Prof. Dr. Kadhim A. Adem, the Continuing Education Unit at the Institute of Laser for Postgraduate Studies held a scientific workshop titled “Laser and Its Applications.”
The workshop was presented by Asst. Lecturer Noor M. Jabbar, who introduced laser technology and its working mechanism. She also reviewed the most prominent applications of lasers in medical, industrial, and research fields, highlighting their growing role in developing modern devices and improving the quality of services.
The workshop was attended by a number of the institute’s faculty members and staff, who showed notable engagement through discussions and questions that enriched the workshop’s topics. This reflects their interest in keeping pace with scientific developments in this vital field.
