The Unit of Continuing Education at the Institute of Laser organized a scientific workshop titled ‘Administrative Leadership and Achieving Balance’, under the auspices of the Dean of the Institute of Laser, Professor Dr. Kadhim A. Adem. The workshop was held in line with the institute’s commitment to developing the leadership and administrative capacities of its academic and administrative staff.
The workshop was attended by the Assistant Dean, Dr. Saif Aqeel, along with a number of faculty members and staff. The workshop featured a scientific lecture delivered by Dr. Zainab Hadi Khalaf, a faculty member at University of Baghdad and head of the Women’s Affairs Section. During her lecture, Dr. Zainab discussed modern concepts of administrative leadership and the importance of achieving balance between work requirements and professional and personal responsibilities. She also presented practical models that enhance the efficiency of institutional performance.
The workshop included discussions with Dr. Zainab, which enriched the event with valuable contributions and questions. At the end of the workshop, the Assistant Dean presented a certificate of appreciation to Dr. Zainab on behalf of the Dean of the Institute, in recognition of her outstanding efforts and valuable contribution to supporting the scientific and developmental activities of the institute.
