Under the patronage of the Dean of the Laser Institute, Prof. Dr. Kadhum AbdulWahid Adem, the Continuing Education Unit at the Laser Institute organized a workshop entitled Climate Change, Its Causes and Effects, Baghdad Station Data as a case study, delivered by Asst.lecturer Laila Mahdi at the institute. The workshop included many axes, the most important of which were a lecture and a competition about the workshop, distributing gifts to the owner of the correct answer. The workshop aimed at how to preserve the environment and publish educational video clips about the causes of environmental pollution and how to preserve the environment through educational awareness. The workshop was attended by the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, the Dean of the Institute, and a group of professors and employees of the Institute in various formations.
