The Institute of Laser for Postgraduate Studies – University of Baghdad clinics received a scientific delegation of professors and students from the Department of Laser and Optoelectronics Engineering – First Stage, College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University, along with a delegation from the College of Education for Pure Sciences – Ibn Al-Haytham / University of Baghdad, as part of a scientific visit aimed at learning about the latest laser devices and technologies available at the Institute.
The delegation was welcomed by the Dean of the Institute, Prof. Dr. Kadhim A. Adem, and the Assistant Dean, Lecturer Dr. Saif A. Mohammed, who both welcomed the attendees and emphasized the importance of such visits in strengthening academic cooperation and exchanging expertise among Iraqi educational institutions.
The visit program included a field tour of the scientific laboratories and medical clinics, during which Assistant Lecturer Noor Muthanna and Ms. Manal Hameed provided a detailed explanation of the operating mechanisms of the modern devices and their research and therapeutic applications.
At the end of the visit, the delegation expressed their admiration for the advanced level of technologies and scientific expertise at the Institute, affirming the importance of continuing such joint scientific activities.
