Within the framework of the continuous endeavor to enhance the position of Iraqi academics in international forums, Assistant Professor Dr. (Tahrir Safaa Mansour) from the Institute of Laser for Postgraduate Studies at University of Baghdad has achieved a distinguished scientific accomplishment by publishing a joint scientific research in one of the major prestigious international journals.
