The Institute of Laser for Postgraduate Studies at University of Baghdad received a delegation of professors and students from College of Engineering/Department of Energy Engineering/Second Stage, as part of a scientific visit aimed at familiarizing them with the latest laser devices and technologies available in the institute’s clinics and specialized laboratories. The delegation was received by the Assistant Dean of the Institute, Dr. Saif Aqeel, who welcomed the visitors and emphasized the importance of these scientific visits in promoting academic cooperation and exchanging experiences between Iraqi universities and scientific institutions. The visit program included a field tour of the scientific laboratories and medical clinics, during which the specialized staff, represented by Asst. Lecturer Noor Muthanna and Ms. Walaa Ajmi, provided a comprehensive explanation of the operation mechanism of medical and engineering devices and their uses in research and treatment fields. At the end of the visit, the visiting delegation expressed their admiration for the advanced level of technologies and devices available at the institute, praising the scientific expertise of the working staff. The Assistant Dean affirmed that the doors of the Institute are open to all academic institutions to familiarize themselves with the latest technologies and research, contributing to serving society and supporting the scientific endeavor.
