The Institute of Laser for Postgraduate Studies – University of Baghdad announces the organization of a course on Vision Testing and Refractive Errors, which aims to develop scientific and practical skills in the field of eye examination and diagnosis of refractive errors using modern devices. The course includes training on the following devices:

1. Auto Refraction device to examine refractive errors (myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism).

2. Tonometer Air Puff device to measure intraocular pressure and identify causes of high eye pressure.

3. Focimeter (Lens Meter) device to measure the power of medical lenses.

4. Trial Case to determine the suitable degrees and examine refractive errors accurately.

 Course format: 1 hour theoretical lecture + 1 hour practical training
