The Dean of the Institute of Laser meets with the Deans of the College of Engineering and the Institute of Genetic Engineering.

The Dean of the Institute of Laser for Postgraduate Studies at University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Kadhim A. Adem, received the Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Ghassan M. AbdulHamid, and the Dean of the Institute of Genetic Engineering, Asst. Prof. Dr. Salwa J. Al-Awadi.

During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance scientific and academic cooperation between University of Baghdad’s formations, aiming to develop joint research and exchange expertise in specialized fields of common interest, particularly in laser, engineering, and genetic applications. The importance of integration between institutes and colleges in implementing research projects that serve national sustainable development plans was also emphasized, as well as developing the capabilities of students and researchers through joint scientific workshops and seminars.

At the end of the meeting, the guests expressed their gratitude and appreciation for the warm reception, confirming their commitment to continued communication and scientific cooperation between the university’s formations to enhance its academic and research standing.
