According to the University of Baghdad’s directives to hold seminars and workshops on intellectual extremism, the Continuing Education Unit at the Institute of Laser, in collaboration with the Community Police Directorate/Media and Relations Department, under the auspices of the Dean of the Institute, Prof. Dr. Kadhum A. Adem, and in the presence of the deputy Dean, Dr. Saif A. Muhammad, faculty members, and staff, held the workshop. Mr. Hussein Amer Al-Rubaie and Mr. Muhammad Sabbar Abbas from the Community Police Directorate/Ministry of Interior participated in the workshop, which clarified the concept of intellectual extremism, its dangers, and key methods to combat it by increasing societal awareness. The Dean distributed appreciation certificates to the lecturers in recognition of their efforts.
