The Institute of Laser for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Baghdad welcomed first-year students from the Department of Physics, College of Science, University of Baghdad, to explore the latest laser devices situated in the Institute’s medical research clinics.
The Institute’s Dean, Professor Dr. Hussein Ali Jawad, and Assistant Dean, Dr. Jawad Abdel Kazem Hassan greeted the students. They were given a tour of various medical, engineering, and laboratory laser devices and provided detailed explanations by specialized staff, including Mrs. Manal Hamid and lecturer Mohammad Ghaleb Razouki.
The students expressed admiration for the advanced devices and technologies they observed, appreciating the valuable information they received during the visit.
Professor Dr. Hussein Ali Jawad, the Dean of the Institute of Laser for Postgraduate Studies, emphasized that the Institute’s doors are open to everyone interested in witnessing the latest scientific equipment and research achievements, aimed at serving academia and advancing scientific endeavors.
