The Dean of the Institute of Laser for Postgraduate Studies emphasizes the importance of participating in the Higher Education Award for Reading for the year 2025.

The Dean of the Institute of Laser for Postgraduate Studies / Baghdad University, Prof. Dr. Kadhum A. Adem, emphasized during his interview with the University Channel, the necessity of student participation in the 3rd edition of the Higher Education Award for Reading 2025. This comes in line with the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and the directives of the Presidency of Baghdad University, represented by Prof. Dr. Bahaa Ibrahim Insaf. The 3rd edition of the award was launched this year.

The Dean pointed out that this initiative reflects the importance of reading as a means of building minds and developing generations, as well as its role in achieving the mission of higher education in promoting cultural and intellectual values among students.
