Letter of Appreciation from the President of Baghdad University, Prof. Dr. Bahaa Ibrahim Insaf, to the Dean of the Institute of Laser.

Professor Dr. Bahaa Ibrahim Insaf, President of Baghdad University, directed a letter of appreciation and gratitude to Professor Dr. Kadhum Abdul-Wahid Adem, Dean of the Institute of Laser for Postgraduate Studies / Baghdad University. This gesture was made in recognition of the significant efforts he exerted in completing the financial data for the Higher Education Fund for the years 2022-2024.
