Decisions of the first session held on Thursday, 10/9/2016:

Encouraging graduate students and researchers to publish their research in internationally classified journals with advanced rankings, with an emphasis on publishing within Q1 and Q2 categories.

Following up on the academic and research level of graduate students, and enhancing the quality of their research and scientific outputs, with the possibility of benefiting from the services of experienced and specialized foreign advisory supervisors. Their names shall be included in the relevant theses, dissertations, and scientific research, in accordance with the approved controls and instructions, while ensuring that no retracted research is published under the name of the foreign advisory supervisor, and that their participation is without financial remuneration.

Following up and developing the work of existing consulting and research offices, and working to expand the scope of their services and make optimal use of academic expertise and competencies, in order to enhance their contribution to serving the community and supporting the university’s resources.

Following up on the completion of the final accounts and the completion of the financial and administrative procedures related to them within the specified timeframes, in a manner that ensures the accuracy and integrity of the procedures and compliance with the approved controls and instructions.

Working to activate a unified electronic portal to display and document the scientific and research activities, events, and achievements of the university and its formations, and updating its content continuously, in a way that contributes to highlighting the university’s achievements and enhancing its scientific and electronic presence locally and internationally.
