1- Educating teachers of the need to install the vocabulary of their courses in the course form annually and suggesting any changes in those curricula or replacing them in order to be approved by the Institute Council and later by the University Council, according to the university’s directives. Publishing and documenting the curricula on the Institute’s website, and downloading the lectures electronically on the website. Holding meetings with the teaching staff at the end of each semester to find out about the given curricula, and how to develop them, and add new lessons to the current curricula.
2- Focusing attention on laser and optics laboratories in the Master’s and Higher Diploma programs, and emphasizing that the basic concepts of these two subjects cover optics and lasers. These laboratories contributed greatly to a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of theoretical lessons and facilitated the student to carry out the practical part of his research project for master’s, doctoral and higher diploma programs in the correct scientific manner.
 3- The orientation is to be a lesson in trends in lasers and applications; and advanced research topic, for doctoral students, directed towards the latest developments in modern science and its applications, and to direct the student to search for modern publications of the last five years on the subject, as well as from solid international journals with a high impact factor, according to the specialization, in order to direct later towards a research project on the topic that Collecting his literature during a full academic year.
   4- Providing modern scientific books from well-known international publishing houses for the institute’s library, which enhance the vocabulary of the lessons given to the institute.
 5- The continuation of the coding system that was implemented in the academic year 2015-2016.
