Adem, Dean of the Institute of Laser for Postgraduate Studies at University of Baghdad, has been listed among the top 2% of scientists worldwide, according to the ninth version of the scientific citation indicators database, prepared based on Scopus data, within a scientific study conducted by researchers from Stanford University in collaboration with other researchers.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/h6>\n<h6 dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">This version is based on researchers&#8217; profile data in the Scopus database as of August 1, 2026, while the cumulative scientific impact indicators cover citations up to the end of 2025, and the annual impact indicators cover citations received during 2025. This version was published in the scientific data repository of Elsevier in October 2026.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/h6>\n<h6 dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The ranking is based on a set of scientific and citation indicators, including the number of citations, the H-index, and the composite indicator (C-score), taking into account aspects related to co-authorship and the researcher&#8217;s position in the list of authors, with the aim of evaluating the research impact of scientists in their scientific specializations.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/h6>\n<h6 dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The inclusion of Professor Dr. Kadhim A.
