Prof. Dr. Mohammad Kareem Zaher and Prof. Dr. Tahreer Nazzal Al-Delami.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">This study aimed to compare the use of Diode Laser (810-980 nm) and surgical scalpel in the removal of impacted mandibular third molars, focusing on clinical outcomes and associated complications, including pain levels, facial swelling, trismus, bleeding, erythema, oral dysfunction, operation time, healing, and patient satisfaction.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The results showed a clear clinical superiority of using Diode Laser (810-980 nm), with or without suturing, compared to the traditional scalpel technique in third molar surgery. It can be considered a less invasive alternative to the traditional scalpel in oral surgeries.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The
