The Institute of <\/span>Laser held a workshop titled “Self-Development for the Ambitious Woman”, under the auspices of the Dean, Prof. Dr. Kadhim A. Adem, supervised by the Women’s Affairs Unit in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit.<\/span><\/h6>\n
The lecture was delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Farah Ghanim Saleh, a lecturer at University of Baghdad \/ College of Education for Women. The workshop covered important topics focusing on developing self-capabilities, enhancing self-confidence, and building leadership personality for women in the academic work environment.<\/span><\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
The lecture also reviewed the most important scientific methods that help women achieve a balance between professional ambition and societal responsibilities.<\/span><\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
The workshop was attended by the Assistant Dean, Dr. Saif A. Muhammad, and a number of professors and lecturers at the institute, who emphasized the importance of holding such events that contribute to supporting and empowering women scientifically and professionally.<\/span><\/h6>\n
At the end of the workshop, the Assistant Dean presented a certificate of appreciation to the lecturer on behalf of the Dean, valuing her distinguished scientific efforts and her active contribution to the success of the workshop.<\/span><\/h6>\n
