Under the auspices of the Dean of the Institute of Laser for Postgraduate Studies, Professor Dr. Kadhum Abdulwahid Adem, the Training and Employment Unit at the Institute organized a workshop titled “Enhancing the role of Youth in the process of Decision-Making”. The workshop was presented by Assistant Lecturer Sumaya Jalil Ibrahim, Director of the Training and Employment Unit.<\/span><\/h6>\n
The workshop discussed the definition of decision-making and the importance of its steps, as well as the main obstacles that may hinder youth in this field, such as social bias and difficult economic conditions. The workshop aimed to activate the role of youth in decision-making by enhancing communication with this influential group in society through organizing seminars, training activities, and workshops that aim to refine their skills and develop their abilities.<\/span><\/h6>\n
The primary objective of the workshop was to empower youth to participate effectively in the process of building and developing society on social, cultural, and political levels.<\/span><\/h6>\n
