Due to the University of Baghdad’s distinguished academic reputation, Dr. Saif Aqeel Mohammed, a lecturer at the Institute of Laser for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Baghdad, has been selected as a scientific reviewer for the journal “Measurement: Journal of the International Measurement Confederation” (JIMC). The journal is ranked in the top quartile (Q1) with an impact factor of 5.1 and a citation factor of 10.2. The journal is a major platform for publishing research in the field of metrology and related innovations on behalf of the International Union of Metrology (IMEKO).<\/span>
\nThe IUMC is a non-governmental association of 42 organizations dedicated to advancing measurement technology. Its primary objectives are to promote the international exchange of scientific and technical information in the field of measurement and instrumentation, and to enhance international cooperation between scientists and engineers from research and industry. Founded in 1958, the Union has consultative status with UNESCO and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). It also cooperates with international bodies to support the digital transformation of measurement.<\/span><\/h6>\n
