Dr. Hana Sami Bashir.<\/p>\n<p>The lecture was delivered by the pharmacist, Rajaa Muhammad Ali Abbas, and was attended by a group of teachers and specialists<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of her lecture was to emphasize that:<\/p>\n<p>Pharmaceutical errors are the errors that physicians, health care practitioners, pharmacists, and patients make when prescribing, administering, using, or storing medications.
