Required documents (paper file):<\/span><\/h6>\n
1) Unified national card with the unified father and mother card and residence card (placed on one paper), 6 personal photos.<\/span><\/h6>\n
2) A- For the applicant for a master’s degree:<\/span>
\nA graduation document or a recent graduation endorsement letter proving the rate (number and writing), the sequence and the rate of the first graduate student on the batch of the scientific department (for the first and second rounds and for the morning and evening studies) and in the absence of an evening study, it is mentioned, entitled to (University of Baghdad \/ Laser Institute for Graduate Studies)<\/span>
\n(Original with color copy required)<\/span><\/h6>\n
B- For the applicant for the doctorate degree:<\/span>
\nGraduation document or graduation confirmation for the master’s degree with the university order to graduate with a graduation document or endorsement for the bachelor’s degree addressed to (University of Baghdad \/ Laser Institute for Graduate Studies) (an original copy with a color copy is required)<\/span><\/h6>\n
C- For the applicant for the diploma:<\/span>
\nGraduation document or graduation endorsement (for higher diploma) with a graduation document or endorsement for the bachelor’s degree. (Original with color copy required)<\/span><\/h6>\n
3) No objection letter for the employee that includes the phrase in the following form (the department’s non-objection to the employee from applying for postgraduate studies for the academic year 2024-2025) addressed to the Laser Institute for Graduate Studies, with a service summary (except for the employees of the Ministry of Health, as the service summary is sent directly from the ministry to the institute and the administrative order to start upon appointment or after the last certificate obtained) is submitted instead of it and compensated by a letter of commencement of appointment or direct after the last certificate,<\/span>
\nNote that the employee whose average is less than 65% must have a service of not less than 5 actual years with a letter of exception from his department from the rate requirement, according to the instructions for granting study leaves to employees.<\/span><\/h6>\n
4) Electronic application form (two colored copies signed by the student)<\/span>
\nThe student chooses a major<\/span>
\nLaser applications when filling out the form<\/span>
\n5) Certificate of participation for a training course to develop computer skills<\/span>
\n6) Certificate of obtaining a score of 4 in the exam<\/span>
\nIELTS<\/span>
\nFor applicants for postgraduate studies for medical, engineering and science majors<\/span>
\nOr a certificate of obtaining a passing score in the Iraqi National Test of Unified English Language<\/span><\/h6>\n
7) Certificate of passing the Arabic language proficiency test<\/span><\/h6>\n
8) It is approved to bring the pledge to everyone who wishes to apply for postgraduate studies that they were not covered by the accountability and justice procedures covered by this pledge are born in 1987 and down<\/span><\/h6>\n
9) Fill out the undertaking of security clearances for all applicants<\/span><\/h6>\n
10) Fill out the forms for candidates from the families of martyrs covered by the Martyrs Foundation Law No. (2) of 2016 form (502) and ratify them by the concerned authorities proven in the form and the request for the validity of its issuance by the university in which the student is accepted.<\/span><\/h6>\n
11) Fill out the forms for candidates from political prisoners covered by the Law of the Political Prisoners Foundation amended No. (35) for the year 2013 form (503) and ratification by the concerned authorities proven in the form and the request for the validity of its issuance by the university in which the student is accepted.<\/span><\/h6>\n
12) Fill out the forms for candidates covered by the law of compensation for those affected by military operations, military errors and terrorist operations Form (700) and ratification by the concerned authorities proven in the form and the request for the validity of its issuance by the university in which the student is accepted<\/span><\/h6>\n
13) Fill out the form for candidates with disabilities and special needs Form No. (600) and ratify it by the concerned authorities proven in the form and the request for the validity of its issuance by the university in which the student is accepted.<\/span><\/h6>\n
14) Fill out and sign the student data form (Form No. 500), the Business Sheet Form (Form No. 501), the written undertaking form and sign it (Form No. 504) and the interview form (Form No. 506, in which only the name and births are written).<\/span><\/h6>\n
_ As for checking the data of applicants for postgraduate studies<\/span>
\n1) After completing the electronic application, the applicant goes to the institute with all the documents that have been sent to the system through the specified ministry link.<\/span><\/h6>\n
2) The date of receiving the paper file will be from Thursday, 15-5-2025 until Sunday 22-6-2025<\/span><\/h6>\n
3) The date of receiving the paper file from the student applying to the Registration Division in the Assistant Dean cutter at the Institute during the official working days and from 10 am to 2 pm.<\/span><\/h6>\n
As for the tuition fees for one academic year, they are:<\/span>
\n1_ Higher diploma 3 million dinars<\/span>
\n2 – master’s 3 million seven hundred and fifty thousand dinars<\/span>
\n3- The doctorate is four and a half million dinars<\/span><\/h6>\n
